About 90 minutes
We will have an in-depth discussion about your symptoms, your medical history, lifestyle and your lived experience. You will have an acupuncture treatment during this appointment.
Follow on appointments · £54
About 45 minutes
You have the opportunity to tell me what you have experienced and how you are feeling. You are able to bring up any questions or issues you may have. At each appointment your progress will be discussed.
Payment: Cash, all debit and credit cards accepted.

What if I’m nervous about the needles?
The needles are very fine, thin and sterile. The style I practise uses minimal insertion of the needles. There will be sensation. This is part of the acupuncture treatment and should not be painful or distressing. If you are uncomfortable or in pain, please inform me.
How many treatments will I need?
At the start of treatment I will ask you to commit to initially come for four or five treatments at a 7–10 day interval. At each appointment your progress will be discussed. Once you are experiencing the benefits of acupuncture we will discuss treatment intervals.

I am based at my dedicated home treatment room, in the heart of Sutton Coldfield. A few minutes from the town centre or the cinema.
You are welcome to park on the drive or on Rowan Road which has excellent parking opportunities.
